Pladio's Feedback Portal Has a New Home: Welcome to Upvoty

I'm excited to announce that Pladio's feedback portal has moved to a new home. Starting today, all feature requests, bug reports, and community feedback will be managed through Upvoty.

Why I Made This Change

As a solo developer behind Pladio and other KREANIQS products, I'm always looking for ways to work more efficiently without compromising the quality of support I provide to you.

Managing separate feedback platforms for each product was becoming increasingly time-consuming and costly. By consolidating everything under Upvoty, I can:

  1. Focus more on development – Less time managing tools means more time building features you've requested

  2. Reduce operational costs – Savings that can be reinvested into making Pladio even better

  3. Create a unified experience – If you use other KREANIQS products, you'll appreciate only needing one account across all my apps

Access the New Feedback Portal

You can find Pladio's new feedback portal at:

The functionality remains the same – you can submit feature requests, report bugs, vote on existing ideas, and track the status of your submissions.

Your Feedback Has Been Preserved

I worked closely with Upvoty's support team to ensure that all existing feedback was migrated to the new platform. Every feature request, bug report, and suggestion you've submitted is now available on Upvoty.

A Note About Account Attribution

I want to be transparent about a technical limitation we encountered during the migration. Due to an import constraint in Upvoty, feedback items could not be automatically linked to their original authors.

Here's what this means for you:

  • Your previous submissions are in the system, but they may not appear under your account initially

  • You've been added as a voter on your past feedback to ensure you receive status update notifications

  • The Upvoty team is actively working on a fix

Once resolved: If you register on Upvoty using the same email address you used on Featurebase, your votes and original feedback submissions will be reassigned to your account.

I Appreciate Your Patience

Platform migrations are never seamless, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this transition may cause. I'm confident that this change will benefit both you and the continued development of Pladio in the long run.

Questions or Issues?

If you encounter any problems with the new feedback portal or have questions about the migration, please reach out to me directly:

Thank you for being part of the Pladio community. Your feedback has been instrumental in shaping the app, and I look forward to continuing this journey with you on Upvoty.
